Career Profile
Sandi Harmer is the
owner of Rainbow’s Beginnings, author, energy intuitive and healer.
She is an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master/Instructor and
practitioner and is a Certified Anger Solutions™ Master Trainer for
the Canadian Association of Anger Solutions Professionals.
Sandi is an
international inspirational speaker with over 30 years experience
creating and facilitating workshops for women on building a healthier
lifestyle: self-esteem, stress and wellness, assertiveness training
and anxiety. She is a published author of a training manual Women
Juggling Roles: Skills for Change which has sold worldwide and is
a contributing author to the book Highs and Lows Women and
Substance Use released by Canadian Addiction and Mental
Health(CAMH) in 2007. Her work with children has spanned over 35
years through individual and group counseling. She not only created
the Children’s Drug Abuse Prevention Program but wrote a
manual which has sold worldwide. She wrote, hosted and produced an
award winning children’s television show, The Jellybeans Show. |

She is also the
published author of a children’s book, Grumblies and Rainbows In
Crayonland (2008)as well as Rainbow Connection Inspirational
Cards for Kids (2010)Baico Publishing Inc. as well as being a
published poet.
Her work has earned her
the honour of receiving the Community Builder Award (United Way/Centraide)
and her name is inscribed on The Wall of Inspiration at Ottawa
City Hall. She was nominated for the Women of Distinction Award
(National Capital Region) in Education, Training and Development (2006),
as well being nominated for the First Annual Dr. Dan Offord’s Excellency
Award for working with children. (2007)
Sandi now lives in
Gloucester and is the mother of two children and 6 grandchildren. |
